Group Sessions
Breath work for Anxiety: Saturday January 25th 2pm - 3:30pm (in person)
Join me for a breath work session, focusing on learning techniques to help with anxiety.
We will spend a short time checking in, before we learn three different breathing techniques designed to calm our nervous system and ease anxiety. There will be plenty of time to practice each one and ask questions before we move on.
The session will close with a guided breath awareness meditation, with time to come round gently before making your way back out into the world.
Tickets are £30 and spaces are limited to 8 people.
Things to note:
In Person sessions will take place at my clinic within Project Physio, 21a Walker Street, EH3 9JX.
There is a flight of steps down to the clinic entrance.
We will usually be sitting or lying on the floor in group sessions. Bolsters and mats will be provided. Please let me know in advance if you need a chair.
